Autumn Teneyl's Shipping Procedures
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground** unless you specify otherwise when ordering. Orders are processed at ATD on Wednesdays. An email or a phone call will let you know we’ve received your order & it’s in process. A tracking number will be emailed to you when we ship your order. Most orders are shipped to arrive at your provided address via UPS Ground between two & three weeks of order receipt. If there’s a delay on your order, we’ll send you an email.
**You must provide a physical mailing address in order to receive your ATD shipment via UPS. If you can’t receive UPS shipments, please call our Customer Service to make a special shipping request. (970) 264.1044 or (888) 873.2217
RUSH Delivery
If you just can’t wait to get your Autumn Teneyl digs, we have expedited shipping options for you. For 2nd Day Air, we tack on $15 to the Ground (Table) rate and for Next Day Air, we tack on $25 to the Ground (Table) rate. *PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO @ (970) 264-1044 SO WE CAN HANDLE YOUR TIME SENSITIVE PURCHASE NEEDS DIRECTLY. Delivery to a 2nd Address
If you want us to send your order to a second address, please make sure you check the DIFFERENT SHIP TO ADDRESS box & fill in that second address info.
International Orders
Currently, international orders are cleared for shipping to Canada. Please call the studio @ (970) 264-1044 for personal assistance with your international order. Keep in mind that applicable taxes duties are your responsibility, and are not figured in to our charges. In most cases, Canadian exchange rates are applied by credit card companies after purchase.
