You are the face of our brand to our customers. You will actively engage with customers in store and online creating a unique, personalized experience with people of diverse backgrounds. You will be part of a team and work in a highly collaborative workspace. You will maintain an organized environment in both our shop and a stock room.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to…
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
Assist customers to create a unique, personalize purchasing experience in store
Provide information about products and services
Recommend products based on customer preferences
Assist customers online to ensure all needs are met
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Maintain and organize store and stock to the highest visual standards
Assume cashier duties as needed
Assist in any housekeeping/merchandise replenishment
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Manage and update web site as needed
Opportunities to assist and/or run farmers markets in Breckenridge and Minturn on Saturdays and Sundays from June 8 - Sept 7
Opportunities to assist with Art Festivals at following locations: 1. Winter Park Blues and Brews on June 21 + 22 2. White Fish on July 5 + 6 3. Carbondale on July 26 + 27 4. Lyons on August 9 + 10 5. Frisco on September 6 + 7

Must haves…
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in retail sales techniques
Ability and desire to actively engage customers and promote our clothing and brand
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to tackle tasks as given
Desire to learn and grow through developing knowledge of our products, new task assignment and feedback
Be a team player that wants to work in a highly collaborative environment
Self starter that can easily adapt to the pace of work
Ability to lift and move boxes around stock room
Ability to stand for 75% of your shift
Flexible work schedule, weekend availability is a must

We are a small family that always maintains the course line when it involves our vision. A vision of small batch, hand made, original, and sustainable way of pursuing a dream. A dream of creating, establishing, and culturing a high end fashion product, one able to transform women from all walks of life, incorporating flattering designs, with timeless styles that fit real women, using fabrics that are durable, luxuriously comfortable, and cozy.
All made 100% in USA, using 100% recycled and repurposed designer fabrics, we will always walk the path of Earth conscious women.
We are an in-house team and all aspects of this company stay in-house. From the fabric sourcing in Los Angeles, to the photography and modeling, the sewing team in Colorado and California, the reps and the bookkeeping, we want you to feel that we are as homegrown as we truly are.
From the Mountains to the Sea, we have made it this far. Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques
- Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities a plus
- Prior experience in sales or retail environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Upselling and product demonstration experience a bonus
Pay is $23 - $28 per hour after commission
Hiring PT and FT positions, anywhere from 10 - 40 hours a week
