Asst. Store Manager in both Frisco, CO and Tahoe, CA

  • You are the face of our brand to our customers. You will actively engage with customers in store and online creating a unique, personalized experience with people of diverse backgrounds.     Daily tasks include but are not limited to…
    Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
    Assist customers to create a unique, personalize purchasing experience in store
    Provide information about products and services
    Recommend products based on customer preferences
    Assist customers online to ensure all needs are met
    Maintain a clean and organized workspace
    Maintain and organize store and stock to the highest visual standards
    Assume cashier duties as needed
    Assist in any housekeeping/merchandise replenishment
    Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
    Manage and update web site as needed
    Be able to travel weekends for festivals and events where you will set up and tear down booths, as well as be present for sales

    Strong customer service skills
    Proficiency in retail sales techniques
    Ability and desire to actively engage customers and promote our clothing and brand
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Positive attitude and willingness to tackle tasks as given
    Desire to learn and grow through developing knowledge of our products, new task assignment and feedback
    Be a team player that wants to work in a highly collaborative environment
    Self starter that can easily adapt to the pace of work
    Ability to lift and move boxes around stock room
    Ability to stand for 75% of your shift
    Flexible work schedule, weekend availability is a must

    Qualifications…
    Strong customer service skills
    Proficiency in retail sales techniques
    Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    Multilingual abilities a plus
    Prior experience in sales or retail environment
    Basic math skills and attention to detail
    Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
    Upselling and product demonstration experience a bonus

    Pay: starts at $23, you will also receive commission, Training pay ay be lower than standard pay
    Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
