How do I return an item?

Autumn Teneyl Returns & EXCHANGE-ONLY Policy

All Last Chance Sale & Clearance items MORE THAN 30% OFF are FINAL (no returns or exchanges).

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, you may return it for a web credit within 30 days of purchase.  The original receipt must accompany all exchange items. Client is responsible for shipping costs.

STEP 2:
Mark your package clearly in large print with your contact information and send us the items via USPS to:

*Please Note: ATD is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. For your protection, please consider sending your return with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance.*

STEP 3:
When your package arrives at the studio, our Customer Support team will review your return and contact you with questions or a store credit code.  PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT CODE IN A SAFE PLACE. AUTUMN TENEYL DESIGNS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR CREDIT.  For your convenience, your credit code will not expire until used and may be redeemed at any time through our web site, by contacting us for purchasing, or showing the proof of the credit in person.

STEP 4:  
The credit code provided can be redeemed online by inputing it into the discount code field. Additionally, you can redeem it by contacting us to help complete your purchase or showing us the code in person. Once we validate it has not been used, we will apply your credit to your purchase and delete your code.

For Orders to Canada: Please ensure your provide phone number and email with your orders. It is vital we have this information to get through customs.

Shipping costs to Canada have recently gone up due to needing to ship UPS. If you get contacted needing to pay customs, please follow up with us with proof of the cost that you paid, and we will figure out the best course of action.
